If in the event you're not 100% satisfied and it's within 30 days of receiving your parcel, please open a return request via the platform Resolution Centre and follow the instructions provided. We recommend returning the item(s) with a label provided by platform but if you'd prefer not to, then please ensure the return is tracked for your protection. Please ensure that you identify yourself with your platform order number and name in the parcel, failure to do so will result in a delayed refund.


Items marked ‘Final Sale’ in the subtitles are not eligible for exchange, return or refund. Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty, or the wrong item has been shipped. We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return for a refund and place a new order. The item(s) will need to be returned in their original condition but please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund on underwear, swimwear and cosmetics, unless they are sealed in their original packaging.
