General Information:

• Item Condition: We strive to ensure quality, but not all items are tested for every function or feature. Some items may be sold in "Parts / Damaged" condition, and compatibility cannot be guaranteed due to possible missing parts or features. Please review all photos, as they are of the actual item you will receive, and feel free to ask questions before purchasing.

• Configuration Details: Item configurations may vary; while we strive to list accurate details, we recommend contacting us if you have specific requirements.

• Inquiries: We aim to respond to questions within 24 hours on business days, though response times may vary based on volume, time of day, or holidays.

Shipping Policy:

• Processing Time: Orders ship within 2 business days of payment, excluding holidays. For orders placed after 1:00 PM CST on Friday, items will ship by the following Tuesday.

• Shipping Carriers: We exclusively use UPS within the United States and do not ship internationally. If a third-party shipping service is used, please note that warranties, returns, and refunds are void.

• Special Requests: Any special shipping requests must be communicated prior to purchase. We will try to accommodate reasonable requests, though additional fees may apply.

Return Policy:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unless stated otherwise. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. If returned in altered condition, a refund may be refused.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us through platform Messages. Once confirmed, we will provide return instructions.

• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.

• Shipping Costs: Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns due to change of mind.

• Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos immediately. The package must be inspected by the courier at the delivery address. In cases of confirmed damage or defect, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

Warranty Information: Unless otherwise specified, items are sold without warranty. Any manufacturer's warranty, if applicable, will be noted in the item description.
